“Request More Info” Button
We are dedicated to upgrading your customer video experience whenever possible. We are also committed to keeping you informed of how your investment in video is benefiting your dealership. That’s why we have developed a way for customers to get the vehicle information they need and for you to see how LESA full-motion video is working hard for you: the Request More Info feature. While a video is playing, customers can bring up the info form by clicking a button in the top left of the player. After the video finishes, this form is generated automatically, offering potential buyers an easy way to contact your internet sales team about the vehicle they’ve just viewed. It also provides you with peace of mind in knowing that LESA is adding value to your dealership. All clients using our video player now have the option to have customer inquiries received through this button to be sent to multiple email addresses in either standard or ADF/XML format. An Update for Dealers Using Cobalt Websites
We are pleased to share that we have found a way to integrate our full-motion video button on the search results page of Cobalt-powered websites. This feature is being rolled out to all our dealers who use Cobalt websites and will make it easier for customers to find and interact with your full-motion videos.
Mobile Integration Roll-Out
Its no secret that the hand-held digital age is upon us, but did you know that 51% of millennials shop for cars using their mobile devices? Up 17% from just a year ago, that’s an enormous (and rapidly growing) portion of the population interacting with your website solely via hand-held personal devices. These numbers underscore the importance of integration of our full motion video to dealer mobile sites. That being said, we are proud to announce that we have finished our mobile integration with Dealer.com sites and that our full-motion video button is now integrated with Digio (KPA), Fox Interactive, DealerTrend, and MPN websites as well. We are committed to ensuring your full motion videos can be viewed on any device and platform for a seamless video viewing experience and will be working hard to integrate with other mobile website providers in the future.
